Where is my pattern download?

When you order a downloadable PDF from us, you'll receive a confirmation email with a download to the product. If you’re unable to find the email, we recommend checking in your spam, junk, or promotions folders. If you still can't find it, email us at happyhourstitches@gmail.com.
Can I get a refund?

If you've accidentally made a duplicate pattern purchase, we can offer you a refund or a different pattern of equal value for 60 days after your purchase. Please send us an email at happyhourstitches@gmail.com and include your order number and the email address used with making your purchase, so we can process the refund. If you are not fully satisfied with your quilt pattern, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee for 60 days after your pattern purchase.
Do you sell printed patterns?

Not at this time. If you’d like a printed pattern, we recommend printing it using your home printer or at a library or office supply store.
Will you resize a quilt pattern for me?

Unfortunately, no. Our patterns go through a rigorous testing and editing process for the size offered, and can't be altered on demand without significant time spent by our small team. However, some of our quilt patterns include multiple sizes of patterns, so you can make one to best fit your space. If you wish to make a quilt larger or smaller, we suggest increasing or decreasing the number of blocks in the quilt. You can also add, subtract, or alter the width of the sashing and borders to alter the size of the finished project.
Am I allowed to sell or publicly display my finished project using your pattern?

Our patterns are for personal use only. If you make a pattern for a charity auction or quilt show, please give proper credit to Happy Hour Stitches and hhstitches.com.
What is your privacy policy?

Any personal information you provide to us on our website such as name, e-mail address, credit card information, and address is kept in private files on our secure web server. Please understand, however, that no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our databases, nor can we guarantee that the information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to and from us over the Internet. In particular, email sent to or from us may not be secure, and you should therefore take special care in deciding what information you send to us via e-mail.
