My Favorite Supplies for Fabric Coasters
Here's a list of the materials and tools we use to make the Hugs & Kisses Coasters.
Hera Marker: A hera marker makes it easy to mark your sleeve for quilting. We use our hera markers to mark quilting lines on our quilts and diagonal lines on triangle-squares, too!
Buy on Amazon or Fat Quarter Shop.
Rick Rack: We used a medium (1/2" wide) rick rack in red for an embellishment around the binding.

50 wt. Aurifil Thread: This 100%-cotton thread is low-lint and comes in a variety of colors. We suggest getting a neutral color (such as cream or light gray) that will blend with a variety of colors, so you don't need to switch thread between projects.
Buy on Amazon or Fat Quarter Shop.
Wonder Clips: This pin alternative holds bulky layers in place and is easy to remove when sewing. You can also use these clips to hold binding in place while sewing!
